1. Check in/Check out times:
   • Check in from 12:00 PM
   • Check out until 11:00 AM

   prior request, the check in may be provided earlier than 12:00 PM and check out may be provided later than 11:00 AM (subject to availability of the rooms). Identification documents (driving license or aadhar card or voter card or passport or any other government approved photo identification proof) are required to be submitted for all guests at check in. For company bookings, GST number has to be provided before the check-in.

2. Tariff
   Executive and suite rooms are available at the hotel at the following rates (taxes are applicable separately):
   • Executive room (Single): INR 3000
   • Executive room (Double): INR 3500
   • Suite room (Single): INR 5000
   • Suite room (Double): INR 5500
   Tariff is subject to availability and discounts offered. The tariff may be changed without prior information.
3. Internet: WiFi is available in all rooms and is free of charge.
4. Inclusions and exclusions:
   The hotel offers the following the following room plans:
   • European Plan (EP): Including only room rent.
   • Continental Plan (CP): Including room rent and breakfast.
   • American Plan (AP): Including room rent and all meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner).
   • Modified American Plan (MAP): Including room rent and meals (breakfast and 1 meal, either lunch or dinner).
   Subject to prior confirmation and agreement with the hotel, we are happy to customise plan on a customer need basis.
5. Facilities for hotel guests:
   • Rooms:
     • Smoking rooms are separately available
     • Tea/Coffee makers in the room
     • Mini bar in all rooms
     • Hair dryers in all rooms
     • Electronic safes in all rooms
     • LED TV in all rooms
     • WiFi at all times
   • Restaurant:
     Restaurant is open from 7 AM to 11 PM.
     Breakfast is served from 7 AM to 10.30 AM, lunch is served from 12.30 PM to 4 PM and dinner is served from 7 PM to 11 PM.
     Snacks are available from 4 PM to 7 PM.
   • Rooftop Bar:
     Rooftop bar is available to all guests from 11 AM to 11 PM. However, alcohol is served only to adults over the legal drinking age.
   • Others:
     • 24-hour front desk
     • Card payment/online payment/cash acceptable
     • CCTV in common areas and outside the hotel
     • 24-hour security
     • Free parking inside the hotel premises (with a security guard) is available to all guests of the hotel.
     • Driver room (at no charge) available on prior request
     • Laundry available at request (additional charge)
     • Driver and transport at prior request (additional charge)
     • Gym (available at all times)
     • Health club and Jacuzzi (available for 30 minutes during the stay for one time, in between 8 AM to 9 PM, chargeable at INR 500 per hour after that).
     • Luggage/storage room at no charge for 2 days
     • Conference room on prior request for meetings and events (additional charge)
     • Banquet facilities on prior request (additional charge)
   The availability of all or one of the facilities may not be possible at all times due to maintenance or other circumstances.
6. Billing:
   The final bill will be paid on check out at the property. In case of corporate bookings, billing is subject to 30 calendar days (unless otherwise agreed). After 30 days, interest of 10% and taxes would be levied.
7. Children at this property:
   Children of any age are welcome. Children aged 6 years and above are considered adults at this property.
8. Cot and extra bed policies:
   Extra bed upon request (subject to availability) is chargeable at INR 1,000 per night.
9. Lost property:
   Any property left behind by the customer shall be forwarded to the customer only upon request and at the risk and expense of the customer. The hotel shall store the property for 15 days.
10. Pets:
    Guests may only bring pets with them after obtaining prior consent from the hotel and, if appropriate, for a fee.
11. Supplementary:
    Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
12. Terms:
    Verbal agreements are binding only if confirmed in writing.
13. Dispute resolution:
    Any dispute is subject to jurisdiction of Jhajjar courts (Haryana).
